Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by BOE Bridal (Brides of Eccleshall). Bridal gowns are made to order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, deposits are non-refundable. Alterations are managed in-house and priced separately.

Full terms, including payment schedules and cancellation policies, will be provided in writing at the point of order.
