Our bridal gowns are priced from £1,200 to £3,500.
How long is an appointment?

Bridal appointments last 90 minutes and are complimentary.
Is there an appointment fee?

No. Your first bridal appointment at BOE is complimentary.
How many guests can I bring?

We recommend a maximum of two guests. The appointment is calmest — and the decision easiest — when the room is quiet.
What sizes are available to try?

Sample gowns span sizes 6 to 28.
When should I order my wedding dress?

As a guide, we suggest ordering your gown around nine to twelve months before your wedding. We can often accommodate shorter timelines — please ask.
Do you offer alterations?

Yes — alterations are managed in-house.
Can a dress be customised?

Yes. Bespoke customisation is available on selected gowns and can be discussed at your appointment.
Do you sell veils and accessories?

Yes — a considered selection of veils and accessories is available.
Do you offer sample sales?

No. We do not hold sample sales.
Do you discount dresses?

No. We do not discount.
Can I book an evening appointment?

Evening appointments are available by arrangement.

Where can I park?

On-street parking is generally available along Eccleshall High Street. Additional public car parks are within a short walk.
Is the boutique accessible on the ground floor?

Yes — the private fitting suite is on the ground floor.
What happens after I order my dress?

Your gown is made to order and finished with in-house alterations across a series of fitting appointments with Sue.
